With this knowledge we can take our teachings and use them to change the mind into a new way of thinking and align with the foundation of what we teach:

By the time you complete this course you will have a solid foundation in the practice and find a path to Living a Life of Presence, Gratitude and Intention.
You will also have lifetime access to the online portal, which includes a comprehensive library of free meditations.
Upon completion you will have the foundational wisdom and skills to thrive in your own authentic practice, which is key before progressing on to stage 2 of 3 towards the
Mastery of Mindfulness.

- Mindful Stress Reduction - Intro to Nidra (Rest)
- Holding Space & Setting Boundaries
Once enrolled you will work at your own pace to move through each section, mindfully. In each section there are guided meditations, workshops, practices, readings and lessons.
Each week there will be a LIVE online community meetup where you can connect with The Meditate Tribe and find our community of Intentional support. This Online Meetup is optional but is very supportive in the practice.
