The heart has its own pace. The soul does not always bloom because we are pulling at its petals.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">And maybe that is why patience can feel so difficult.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Because patience asks us to trust what is happening beneath the surface&hellip; even when we cannot yet see the full becoming.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">It asks us to breathe in the space between planting and harvest.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">To honor the quiet season&hellip; the waiting season&hellip; the season where nothing appears to be moving, yet everything important is taking root.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">I think of patience as the ingredient that softens urgency. Not by making us passive&hellip; but by helping us become present.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Because patience is not doing nothing.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Patience is staying in relationship with life while it unfolds. It is listening instead of forcing.</span><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Allowing instead of gripping. Trusting instead of constantly needing proof.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">And this matters deeply in healing.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Because so often we want to be finished with our pain before we have truly listened to what it came to teach us.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">We want the body to release before it feels safe. We want the heart to open before it has been held. We want the next chapter before we have integrated the one we are still living.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">But patience reminds us&hellip;nothing sacred is rushed.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">The nervous system opens in safety.</span><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Trust grows through consistency.</span><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Love deepens through presence.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">And transformation&hellip; real transformation&hellip; is rarely a single moment.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">It is a slow returning.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">A softening. A remembering. A daily choice to meet ourselves with a little more grace than we did yesterday.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">When we add patience to our lives, something inside us begins to loosen.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">We stop demanding that every answer arrive before the next breath. We stop measuring our worth by how quickly we change. We stop treating the unknown as failure.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">And slowly&hellip; we begin to feel the quiet beauty of becoming.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">The seed beneath the soil. The tide returning.</span><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">The dawn taking its time with the sky.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Patience teaches us that life is not late.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Healing is not late. We are not late.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">There is a timing that belongs to the deep places&hellip; a timing that cannot be forced, only honored.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">So today&hellip; when you feel the pull to rush&hellip; to fix&hellip; to force what is not yet ready&hellip;pause.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Breathe.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Place a little patience into the moment.</span><br /><br /><span style="color:rgb(23, 23, 23)">Let it soften the urgency.
