Is this a franchise or business opportunity?
No - The Affiliate Teacher Program is an Educational Authorization Program, not a franchise, business opportunity, partnership, or agency relationship.
Affiliate Teachers are independent practitioners authorized to teach a defined educational curriculum. MSOMS does not provide business systems, territories, or operational control.
​What does “Affiliate Teacher” actually mean?
An Affiliate Teacher is an independent educator authorized by Meditate: School of Mindfulness & Sound to teach specific levels of Sound & Vibrational Therapies using the SVMT Method of Transformation/. The term Affiliate Teacher reflects educational alignment and stewardship, not business ownership or hierarchy.
Am I an employee or representative of Meditate: School of Mindfulness & Sound or The SVMT Method of Transformation?
 No. Affiliate Teachers are NOT employees, partners, agents, or representatives of MSOMS or SVMT. You remain fully independent in your professional and business activities while being authorized to teach MSOMS & SVMT curriculum. 
​What levels am I authorized to teach?
If approved Affiliate Teachers may teach:
  • Level 1 — Practitioner of Sound Therapies
  • Level 2 — Practitioner of Vibrational Therapies
  • Advanced Practitioner of Tuning Fork & Fascia Therapies
  • SVMT Aligned Courses and Workshops (such as Being with Grief, Boundaries, Introduction to Mindfulness, etc.)
You may choose to teach just Level 1, Level 2 or both.
Do I have to teach the curriculum exactly as written?
Yes - You will be required to lead the trainings form our provided manuals and slideshows. You may add your perspective into the teachings as long as the always align with The SVMT Method Curriculum. For instance, if you are teaching a group of Reiki Practitioners you maty add a Reiki perspective to the teachings.

Affiliate Teachers teach from our provided manuals, portal content, and teacher lesson plan. You are encouraged to bring your own pacing, presence, and relational holding—but not to modify, omit, or expand the curriculum. This protects consistency, safety, and integrity for students.
Can I charge my own tuition?
Yes. Affiliate Teachers set their own tuition pricing based on their local context, venue, and teaching format. MSOMS may offer suggested pricing guidance, but pricing decisions remain entirely yours.
What fees are involved?
​Affiliate Teachers enroll annually with MSOMS (fee TBD).
In addition, there is a per-student educational materials fee, which supports:
  • Student manuals
  • Portal access
  • Certification tracking
  • Curriculum updates
These fees support education—not business operations.
Who controls my business?
You do. Affiliate Teachers retain full control over:
  • Business structure
  • Pricing
  • Scheduling
  • Teaching locations
  • Marketing and enrollment
MSOMS authorizes education only and does not manage or direct your business. 
Does MSOMS provide marketing or students?
MSOMS provides:
  • A listing on the MSOMS website and on our class calendar
  • Brand-aligned language and assets
  • Occasional social promotion when possible
  • MSOMS social media marketing that promotes the entire program.
Affiliate Teachers are responsible for local outreach and enrollment. MSOMS does not guarantee student numbers.
What equipment do I need to teach?
Equipment requirements depend on the level you teach.
The equipment setup is laid out in general on the main page. During the application process you will be fully informed of all equipment need per Level. 
How large can my classes be?
 You choose your class size. From just one on up. If a class includes 12 or more students a second facilitator/space holder is required in order to provide the energy needed to sustain the  training. MSOMS may provide a support teacher if requested and available (additional fee applies). 
​Will I receive ongoing support?
​Yes. Affiliate Teachers have an assigned Liaison who is always available for support. In addition, Affiliate Teachers receive:
  • Access to the Affiliate Teacher Portal
  • Curriculum updates and refinements
  • Invitation to attend our Annual Affiliate Teacher Retreat (costs additional)
  • Monthly Affiliate Community gatherings and councils
  • Opportunities for collaboration and continued learning
You are not expected to teach in isolation.
What happens if I move or want to teach in a new location?
You may teach in multiple locations, provided:
  • You notify MSOMS
  • Teaching spaces meet safety and setup standards
  • Listings remain accurate
There are no territorial restrictions.
What if there is already another Affiliate Teacher in my area?
We do not assign territories. There can be multiple teachers in your city. We have found that this doesn't build competition, it actually exposes the offerings to more potential students. 
What happens if guidelines are not followed?
Affiliate authorization is based on trust and accountability. If concerns arise, MSOMS may:
  • Request clarification or remediation
  • Require additional training
  • Pause or revoke authorization
These measures exist to protect students, teachers, and the integrity of the SVMT Method. We require our Affiliate Teachers to abide by our Code of Ethics. Violations may result in revocation of authorization. To learn about our Code of Ethics, click here
How do I apply? Is there a fee to apply?
When applications are open, you may apply through the Affiliate Teacher Application.
The process includes:
  1. Application review
  2. Training verification
  3. Interview and attunement conversation
  4. Approval and onboarding
Note: Our initial application process will begin on or about March 1, 2026. 

There is no fee to apply for Affiliate Teacher, however you must meet our minimum requirements to request an application. 
Is this program right for everyone?
No—and that is intentional. This path is for practitioners who understand that teaching is a form of stewardship, not ownership, and who value integrity, presence, and ethical clarity over scale.
What if I studied and have been certified by another school?
Our Affiliate Teacher are required to study with us so that they align with our brand, speak the language of The SVMT Method, and are set up to be Steward of our lineage. We view our required path to Affiliate as our "APPRENTICESHIP in The SVMT Method.
