This interactive training retreat is centered around the teaching of Sound Healing & Vibrational Therapies. Our intention for this amazing retreat is to not only share the theory, science, and practices of Sound Healing, but to give you "hands-on" experience.
There are two parts to this retreat:
Sound Healer Practitioner Certification - We will take you on a journey of healing using Sound and Intention. We will teach you the science and theory of the practice, as well as allow you to experience several varieties of Sound Bath, Sound Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. You will be taught how to lead Sound Baths/Sound Meditations for groups and individuals using Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Drums, and other instruments. The course also includes teachings in Chakra Energy, Yoga Nidra, and the many uses of Sound as a Healing Practice.
SOUND & VIBRATIONAL THERAPIES
In this course we study the use of Himalayan Bowls and Tuning Forks used on or around the body, as well as hand-held gongs, hand-held singing bowls, and other instruments to create soothing sounds and gentle vibrations that can be used to relax the body and mind, ease the client to stress recovery mode, and then target the vibrations to shift energy, release stored emotions and trauma, ease tension and pain, and more.
Our Director of Sound Healing Becky Moriarty has been a practicing Massage Therapist for years and brings these protocols and practices as well as her experience in chakra energy and tuning forks to create protocols for shifting energy in a session.
We teach how the using meridian points, chakra points and trigger points can send vibrations through the body to create a flow of sound which encourages harmonization and deep relaxation

Becky Moriarty is the Director of Sound Healing with Meditate: School of Mindfulness & Sound Healing. Becky has a true passion for sound in connection with the energy body and is a chakra specialist. She will be teaching the crystal singing bowl, tuning fork, and ritualistic portions of the course.

Cancellation Policy
The capacity for each course varies depending on the space we are training in. Our classes often sell out quickly, so you are encouraged to book as soon as possible to reserve your space. To hold space and order your program materials, we require a minimum $300.00 deposit or payment in full. Payment arrangements are available.
Setting up our program depends on us knowing in advance how many students we need to be prepared for. We understand that "stuff happens", if you need to withdraw or reschedule your training, our policy is as follows:

- 30 days in advance or more, you may request a full refund of the payments you have made less a $50 cancellation fee or request a change to a later date
- 7-29 days, you may request a change to a later date
