Hi! I’m Lillian and I’m so grateful you’ve stopped by to meet me.
I’ll share a quick why I took this transformational mindfulness course and why I am extremely committed to sharing it with you!
Eleven years ago my heart stopped beating happily as I witnessed my youngest son fall into a very dark space. For three months we sat in complete fear of the unknown and had no choice but to surrender into trusting others to join our very personal journey.
This was not easy for our family to invite others to join in our pain and vulnerability. We found courage in the turbulence and asked a life coach to join us. She lead us into the knowing that the answers were within us and that it was ok to “unlearn” along the way while we learned what did “serve our family”.
That was not what we expected her to say, I thought she was going to fix our life.
Fast forward, she did so much more.
“I learned to sit in extreme hardship and awareness, make space for the possibility of change, let go of expectations and beliefs, I learned we cannot heal each other but only ourselves and I learned to celebrate the tiniest progress and victories. “
We found a way to cultivate a safe space for our loved ones so we could grow willfully and add life back to our days. That is our family’s motto.
“Do it if it adds life to your days.”
It was so life changing for me that I went back to school that same year and stepped into becoming certified in youth, parent and family coaching. I’ve had the honor of serving countless families in the last 11 years and I want to continue serving families with even more intention. That’s where this course amplified my love of mentoring others as they too find the mindful master in themselves.
I have no doubt that if you are here, your curious spirit is talking to you.
