Offering incredible views of the rolling hills of Cañas, the natural beauty of Isla Cañas and the wildness of the jungle, each dome is immaculately appointed with A/C, privacy, outdoor space and custom, locally-designed and sourced wooden furniture.

This is “back-to-nature” without being back to basics!

From morning breakfasts offered when you are ready, to delicious lunches, to the way we create an EVENT as we gather together for dinner, we will ensure every meal is designed to fit every need, dietary restrictions and culinary needs.

We also offer Geodesic Dorm Domes that sleep up to 4 in semi-private luxurious queen beds, with shared baths at affordable prices.

GEODESIC DOME DORMS

Nestled into the jungle, our dorms are designed for an affordable retreat that you can share with others, perfect for sharing small groups and single travelers alike.

To ensure maximum comfort and privacy, our shared occupancy dorms feature four canopy queen beds and A/C.

Enjoy your shower with a view of the jungle in the shared bathroom and take in the night sky from the star-gazing nets and shared deck space.

If you are traveling with a group, we can book up to 4 together in one of the dorms; or if you'd like to share a dorm with other retreat guests, we will match you up in one of our Dorms.

The 3 Dorms Share a lovely Bathroom with 4 private showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks.

Chakra Dome SUITES

Our 7 Chakra Suites are set up in a circle which ensures privacy for each one of them. Because of their distribution they have different spectacular views such as the rolling hills of Cañas, sunrise view, ocean view, Isla Cañas view and sunset view.

Our Chakra Suites have a/c, an indoor loft, ensuite bathroom and a private deck with star gazing net and/or outdoor living room.

The Chakra Domes can be set up for private, double, triple or quadruple occupancy - with 2 king beds, 1 king & 2 twin beds or 4 twin beds.

Private pool suites

​With mesmerizing sunset views overlooking Isla Cañas, our Private Pool Suites are the perfect setting for deep relaxation, connection and restoration.

Immersed in natural beauty, each Private Pool Suite features a private deck with plunge pool, outdoor living room, and star gazing net. Inside, the dome is appointed with a bathtub, A/C, ensuite bathroom with hot water and an indoor loft.

Private Pool Suites can be arranged for either private, double, triple or quadruple occupancy with 2 king beds.

​TERM AND CONDITIONS -
Your flights into the Panama are NOT included.
We will provide transportation from Panama City to Alaya Retreat Center.
Traveler’s insurance is not required however we do highly recommend it.
All activities and excursions on and off the property are invitational and waivers will be required at time of booking.

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure your retreat place.

We offer a personalized monthly payment plan for the Retreat Fee to fit your needs with the balance paid in full by November 3, 2023

Cancellation Policy

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel insurance for your protection and peace of mind.

The cancellation policy below is designed to protect both retreat leaders and all retreat attendees. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance that will cover you in the case of unexpected life events or travel issues.

CANCELLATION
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.

Reservations require a minimum deposit of $500.00 You may pay in full or set up a monthly payment plan. All balances are due by November 3, 2024 (90 days prior to retreat).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Before November 3, 2023, you can request a refund, less the $500.00 non-refundable deposit. The $500.00 deposit may be applied to a future MSOMS programs.

Additional Refunds:
Before December 3, 2023, you may receive a 50% refund.
Before January 3, 2024, you may receive a 30% refund.
After January 3, 2024, there will be no refunds.

It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected travel issues. The best insurance coverage would be "Cancel for Any reason" Insurance.
