Mindful Kids Summer Club
Imagine if you had discovered the benefits of meditation, mindfulness, sound healing ,and yoga as a child?
Children are so aware and curious that introducing them early to these tools can change their lives and the way they handle themselves as they grow.
In this class, they will learn basic breathing techniques, how to quiet the mind with meditation, the benefits of sound healing, and connect to their bodies through yoga.
Each Class will have a primary focus on Meditation, Yoga, Sound Healing, and Mindfulness.
We will explore the sounds of the Crystal and Tibetan bowls, and learn how to play them as well. By allowing them to play these instruments, they are empowered and practice mindfulness and respect for something sacred.
This is a drop off class, and will be taught by Samantha Marcum
We believe that when children are on their own, amongst their peers they can fully express themselves, besides grown-ups get to do this stuff all the time!
Ages 6 & up
Please bring a yoga mat. Journals are provided, so that they may write about their personal journey and experience.
Class meets every Thursday from 4:00-5:00 PM
for 4 weeks beginning July 12th
