Becoming an Affilate
Meditate: School of Mindfulness and Meditate: School of Sound Healing offers one of the most generously supported affiliate programs in the industry. As we continue building a Global Community of Teachers, Practitioners and Students, our affiliates provide another opportunity to fulfill that intention.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to apply applicants must have:
Completed one or more of our Master Programs. You will only be considered an affiliate of the programs you have completed and been awarded a Certification in:
Completing a program doesn't guarantee acceptance in our affiliate program but it is a requirement to apply.
Affiliate applicants must also display a desire to work and connect with the Meditate TEAM, contribute to our Intention, and align with our Director Team (Bill, Brian, Mike, Sam and Becky) We are all about contributors and expect all affiliates to add content and energy to our offerings.

- Master of Mindfulness
- Master of Mindfulness - Transformational Coaching
- Master of Mindfulness - Teacher Certification
- Master of Mindfulness - The Mindful Family
- Master of Sound Healing - Complete Series 1-3
- Yoga Nidra Teacher Certification - Master
Completing a program doesn't guarantee acceptance in our affiliate program but it is a requirement to apply.
Affiliate applicants must also display a desire to work and connect with the Meditate TEAM, contribute to our Intention, and align with our Director Team (Bill, Brian, Mike, Sam and Becky) We are all about contributors and expect all affiliates to add content and energy to our offerings.
- Affiliates will pay a "Franchise/Affiliate Enrollment Fee", then pay an annual fee.
- Affiliates will be required to be part of our monthly Tribe Zoom meeting
- Affiliates will be required to produce content (meditation, workshop, sound recording, etc.) every quarter
- Affiliates pay a negotiated percentage for use of our course materials and online portal (Licensing percentage fee, generally a cost per student)

- Use of all of the training materials for the program you are affiliated with, including binders, slides, videos, etc.
- Access for all affiliated students to the online training portal for the programs affiliated with
- Company E-mail addresses
- Business Coaching
- Custom Portal Training Programs
- Marketing Materials
- Listings on our website, on course schedule, and social media sites
- Monthly Mentors Meeting
- Private Affiliate's Facebook Group Page
- Access to support Teachers for Course Training Sessions (additional fees)
Cost/Fees
Our affiliate program is based on a cost per student rather than flat fee. This model eliminates most of the upfront costs of being an affiliate, with the exception of some administrative fees.
Affiliate Fees:
Licensing Fees - Licensing fees give the affiliate permission to use our copywritten training materials in one on one and group trainings:
*There are exceptions for this fee based on content contribution and other support offered for our programs
Affiliate Fees:
- $295 Affiliate Initiation Fee - This fee covers the cost of setting up your custom training portal, your branded email address, business cards, teacher training materials, accounting support, and more
- $129 Annual Fee - This fee covers the cost of maintaining all of the above.
Licensing Fees - Licensing fees give the affiliate permission to use our copywritten training materials in one on one and group trainings:
- We provide printed copies of our training binders where required for courses and workshops
- Slide shows and training videos to use during training sessions
- Books and other support materials
*There are exceptions for this fee based on content contribution and other support offered for our programs
TEACHER SUPPORT
There may be times an affiliate would like the support of another teacher/mentor, or even the support of one of our Directors to teach with them. We offer this support for an additional fee based on a per student rate to be negotiated in advance.
