Through being guided into awareness of different sensations throughout your body, and of opposing experiences such as warmth & coolness, agitation & calmness, fear & equanimity, sorrow & joy, separation & oneness—you are invited to rotate your attention. You will embody these opposing sensations with neither attachment nor aversion, resting in complete awareness.

Expert Leadership & Personal Mentorship
This certification course is directed by our founder Bill Sullivan and supported by Sam Wilson and our global mentors. Upon enrollment, you are paired with a designated personal mentor for two 1-on-1 private guidance sessions (up to an hour each) via Zoom or Phone.
