Introduction to The Intentional Flute
The Native American flute is more than just an instrument—it’s a tool for storytelling, healing, meditation, and connection.
It’s Simple yet Profound sound invites us to pause, to breathe, and to tap into something deeper within ourselves.
As we embark on this journey, we’ll not only learn the technical aspects of playing the flute, but we’ll also dive into its rich cultural history and explore how it can be a powerful instrument for sound healing, mindfulness, creativity, and personal growth.
We have developed a course that is based on the science and the principles of sympathetic resonance & entrainment using this amazing tool as an extension of our intention and intuition. The course is Intentional...with explanations of the Why and How throughout the teachings.
Core Philosophy
It All Starts with Intention
At Meditate School of Mindfulness and Sound (MSoMS), everything begins with Intention because it serves as the foundation for meaningful transformation and connection. Intention is more than a goal; it is a heartfelt commitment that aligns our actions with our deeper purpose.
By setting a clear intention, we create a pathway for growth, focus, and self-awareness, grounding our practice in authenticity and presence. Whether through sound, mindfulness, or vibrational therapies, intention acts as the guiding force that connects us to ourselves, to others, and to the universal energy around us.
This Course encompasses what MSoMS is all about... Community, Continuing Education & Support with unlimited, lifetime access to our online lessons and practices.
With purpose and perspective. Most people understand the intuitive aspect of the practice...imagine if you could build on your intuition ~ the power of Intention, along with a deep understanding of what happens in and around the body.
"Few instruments bring about the deep spiritual wisdom the Native American Flute does... it has the opportunity to remind us of the interconnectedness we have with all beings, all of nature, the past, present & future... it's one of the most spiritually intuitive instruments I have ever played."
