When I wrote The Recipe Book of Life, I wasn’t trying to write another self-help book.

I wasn’t trying to give people twelve steps, ten secrets, or a formula for happiness.

I was trying to share something I had spent an entire lifetime discovering.

That life is less about finding all the answers…
and more about learning which ingredients truly nourish the soul.

Every chapter was born from real life.

From profound joy. From devastating loss.

From sitting beside thousands of students over the past two decades. From watching people heal. From watching people grieve. From losing people I loved.

From discovering that transformation rarely happens because someone gives us better information.

Transformation happens because something inside us finally says…

“I’m ready to live differently.”

This journey is an invitation to that moment.

The Ingredients of the Heart

Gratitude. Compassion. Forgiveness. Loving Kindness. Not as beautiful ideas… but as practices that transform how we live.

Week Five

The Kitchen of the Body

A uniquely SVMT experience exploring the body’s wisdom, nervous system regulation, vibration, presence, and the incredible intelligence already living within you.

The Sacred Fires

Fear. Authenticity. Boundaries. Courage. Learning to speak truth without losing love.

Week Seven

Love in Its Changed Form

Perhaps the deepest week of our journey. Together we explore grief, endings, change, and how love never truly leaves us—it simply learns another language.

Living Awake

Purpose. Meaning. Service. Resonance. Listening for the life that is quietly calling your name.

Writing Your Next Chapter

Creating your own living recipe. Not someone else’s. Yours.

I simply wanted to write the book I wish someone had handed me many years ago. The book that would have reminded me to slow down. To grieve. To love. To forgive. To breathe. To stop waiting for someday.

And to begin creating my life intentionally.
