						The second I stepped foot into my first sound/vibration course, I felt like I was home & I knew this was going to transform my life.  The intention, love, community and knowledge behind everything they offer is just incredible.  I cannot say enough on the impact that the SVMT course has had on my whole being. 						MSOMS is an amazing school! After taking Sound Level 1 with Bill, I was hooked & have taken Level 2, 3, flute, SVMT, gone on retreat & am now an Affiliate Teacher ready to share these teachings.Bill speaks from love, truth & authenticity that is rare. His humor also resonates with me as I realize we can’t have take everything including ourselves so seriously. MSOMS teachings encapsulate the beauty of life in way that brings meaning into everyday life.

						The facilities and the grounds and the forest were beautiful .beds were super comfortable. Food was delicious. The staff and attendees were super friendly. The overnight gong puja was unlike anything I had ever experienced. It was super peaceful, and I went home with that sense of peace and connectedness

						As someone who has been practicing and teaching meditation and wellness for many years, I can honestly say that the Meditate Tribe Retreat at Elohee was a deeply meaningful and transformative experience. Every aspect of the retreat was thoughtfully curated, creating a beautiful balance of learning, healing, reflection, play, and genuine connection.

From the morning meditations, yoga sessions, workshops, and sound journeys to the heartfelt reflection circles, each offering was shared with authenticity, wisdom, and care. The overnight Gong Puja was especially profound, providing a rare opportunity for deep rest, surrender, and inner insight.

What made this retreat truly special was the loving container created by Bill, Sam, Orlando, CJ, and the entire Meditate team. Their presence, guidance, and commitment to fostering community allowed everyone to feel seen, supported, and welcome exactly as they were.

One of the most memorable moments for me was the Tribe Jam. Through rhythm, voice, movement, and collective expression, I experienced a profound sense of integration and connection with myself and those around me. It was a joyful reminder of the healing power of community.

As a perfect ending to an already incredible experience, I came home with a signed copy of Bill's new book, The Recipe Book of Life—a beautiful keepsake and continuation of the retreat's teachings.

I left Elohee feeling lighter, more present, deeply nourished, and inspired, with meaningful connections and practices that I will carry into my daily life. If you're seeking healing, personal growth, authentic community, and a deeper connection to yourself, I wholeheartedly recommend the Meditate Tribe Retreat at Elohee. 						Meditate: School of Mindfulness & Sound has been one of the greatest gifts in my life. The Elohee Retreat was an extraordinary experience that gave me the space to slow down, reconnect with myself, and build genuine connections with an incredible community of like-hearted people.



The retreat was also the kickoff of the Affiliate Teacher Program, and I am deeply honored to be part of the inaugural group. Coach Bill, Brian, Sam, and the entire team have created something truly special. They don’t just teach mindfulness and sound—they embody it. 						I have participated in two recent sound bath experiences with Bill Sullivan. For me, they were like magic. I have been experiencing unusual stress and realize I need help resetting my nervous system. I thought the vibrations of a sound bath could be helpful. I went in simply hoping for a calm meditative session. They provided a comfortable space with cushions, blankets, and pillows. Plus they have lounge chairs for those who can’t get on/off the ground easily. After a 90 min journey of immersive sounds with a variety of instruments and some gentle coaching to transition in and out, I was beyond relaxation. I was in a state of *bliss* for the rest of the day. I wish I could do this every week to see the benefits that would accumulate. Thanks for a great experience! I’ll certainly be back.
