  • FREQUENTLY MEDITATED ON QUESTIONS:
  • What will I sit on in a session? We offer very nice, comfy chairs that are spacious and relaxing. If you prefer to sit on a cushion, we provide custom made cushions that are perfect for meditation as well.
  • What should I wear? It is truly up to you, from stretchy pants to evening gowns you, our only rule is you have to wear something ;). For the most part if you're comfortable in it then it will be fine. Just try to make sure what you wear isn't too tight or limiting. In the meditation room you can remove your shoes, but this is optional.
  • Which classes are best if I am new to meditation? We recommend you start with our Beginners Workshop which is offered every Saturday at 9:00 AM or Wednesday at 6:00 PM, but it is not required.  Each class includes the meditation basics. Coach Bill will guide you along whether you are a beginner or a pro you will feel calm and at ease in any class. The great thing about meditation is the session meets you just where you are and takes you where you need to go.
  • What should I bring? We say bring an open mind and a willing attitude, otherwise we provide you with all you need in the session.
  • What if I fall asleep? You won't be the first, it happens. Ultimately the goal is to stay focused in the session, but occasionally you drift too far over and start to snooze. Don't worry, Coach Bill is trained to bring you back at the right time and at the right pace. No matter you'll still be a part of the session.
  • Is the experience religious? Everyone gets something different out of their experience so perhaps it could be, but there are no religious practices taught or brought up here. While the meditative practices are based in ancient Eastern philosophies, most specifically Mindful Meditative practices taught in Buddhism,  the sessions are modern and non-denominational.
  • Where do I park? We have plenty of parking especially on the East side of the building and it's ALWAYS free!!!

A LITTLE ABOUT COACH BILL:
I am a coach, a guide, a counselor and a teacher, but more than that I am a student. Every client I meet is an adventure for me, every one of them  is unique, and without fail they teach me something new every time. That learning drives me and makes what I do exciting and fresh.
I come to my clients with an open heart and a lifetime of experiences working with people; teaching, learning, developing, and guiding anyone and everyone I can. While I have a long list of Certifications and Degrees, they would mean nothing if I didn't have so many people to thank for helping me develop and practice my skills as a coach and therapist.
I hold a degree in Transformational Psychology, a Degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and a Degree in Business.  I have certifications as a Life Coach, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer,  Meditation Instructor, and have been Ordained as a Minister, all of which give me the credentials to back up what I' ve always loved to do, help people.

I love learning and have studied everything from religion to health; nutrition to psychology; meditation to healing;  business to hypnotherapy and much more. Along the way, I discovered I have a deep intuitive nature and have learned how to use this ability to help my clients achieve their own authenticity, sharing the journey, opening their eyes, and awakening their hearts to discover their truth.
Authenticity requires practice, it is a choice we have to consciously make every day. To live authentically, we have to be determined to make choices and decisions that are based on our own truth, on our values, and morals,  not our expectations or the expectations of others.  To live authentically, we must show up and make an effort to be fully present in every moment, and strive to be honest with ourselves and with the people in our lives. As I said, it takes practice, it's not easy, but the rewards are a life filled with peace, tranquility, and focus; a life free from addiction, anxiety, and anger; a life of compassion and love.
It has taken me many years to find my truth and it is something that I must work on everyday, I make mistakes, but learn from everyone of them; I know I am not yet done, there is more to discover and so much more to learn. It's exciting and fun, and that's what makes for a great life.
I have the privilege of sharing this discovery with anyone willing to listen, it's what drives me, it is my passion. There is no greater reward than seeing those I work with make a change in their lives to be more authentic, it is a gift beyond words and I am truly blessed.
