HEATHIR BROWN
MENTOR
LOS ANGELES, CA
“Everyone, regardless of circumstances, can access a deep stillness and joy through simple daily practice, this is a powerful truth that needs to be shared with the entire world. I am thrilled to be able to guide people as they step into that reality.” - Heathir Brown
Heathir enjoys facilitating breakthroughs, deep healing, and peace for her clients. Through their work together, they are able to go from feeling frazzled and struggling, to feel at ease. Heathir loves witnessing her clients as they unlock freedom and joy from within. Celebrating as they begin to deepen their connection with themselves and their loved ones.
Heathir has been holding space and supporting clients for over a decade through her doula care and healing services. As an intuitive healer, she weaves energy work into her teaching and coaching sessions as well as incorporating mindfulness throughout all of her work.
She enjoys sharing with students as they make their way through the program and provides non-judgemental, enthusiastic accountability and encouragement.
The practice of mindfulness brought Heathir peace and well-being that she had been trying to gather for years. She discovered what difference mindfulness makes in every aspect of her life. As a parent of a child with Autism and another with a sensory processing disorder, life has been a bumpy ride with stressors popping up on a regular basis. For Heathir, going through the Master Of Mindfulness program herself gave her valuable tools for supporting herself and her family.
Heathir reminds her clients that no matter what their current state, the pieces that define and invigorate them can become neglected and forgotten. They may be buried in pain and anxiety, but they are still there, and it is completely possible to reconnect with them (or connect for the very first time) through the practice of mindfulness.

A Message From Heathir On Forgiveness
When you think of someone who has hurt you in your past, two things can come up. It could be like watching an old tv episode and remembering how it goes but not feeling anything profound when you observe it. It could be more intense, as you recall that person who has hurt you, you may feel a tightening sensation in your chest. You may feel anger rising up in you, or profound sadness. You may even feel a twinge of physical pain when you think of them.
This is your body's way of letting you know that more healing needs to occur. The good news is that you don’t need to interact with the person who hurt you in order to release the pain. This allows for the boundaries you have put in place to remain, to let go of pain from people who may have passed away. Most importantly, you do not need their permission to heal. The power is all yours.
Through the practice of forgiveness, you can work through the pain and hurt. The word forgiveness itself can feel triggering. Often it is interpreted as letting the person off the hook, or forgetting, and giving a second chance. This is not about forgetting, this is not a second chance. This is allowing yourself to release the energy and pain from your own body and your mind so that you can move on in your life.
By skipping the step of forgiveness you are allowing the energy of that situation and person to remain in your cells. Forgiveness allows it to fully leave your presence. Freeing you and making space for positive energy and love to fill you instead. This allows you to fully nourish the part of you that was hurt.
