HOW IT WORKS
We offer Meditation Sessions that are 30 minutes long these include a wide variety of themes and intentions. Our sessions are designed to connect you with the present moment and help you find that calm, peaceful joy that resides within.
Here's how it works:
1. Register online, call, or just drop-in 15 minutes before your first class to get signed up.
2. Take a tour, then settle into a nice comfy chair or cushion in the meditation room. Please be early as our doors close promptly and to be fair to everyone else we can't allow anyone in once we've started.
3. Once everyone is settled you are guided to close your eyes and relax into the meditation.
4. Near the end of the session you will be gently brought back and told to open your eyes, in your own time, no need to rush.
5. Leave at your leisure. staff will be available after the session to answer any questions.
6. Come back as often as you want, invite a friend, and share your experience on Instagram or Facebook. We love reviews, check-ins, and shares.
7. Congratulations, you're a MEDITATOR now !!!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- What will I sit on in a session? We offer very nice, comfy chairs that are spacious and relaxing. If you prefer to sit on a cushion, we provide custom made cushions that are perfect for meditation as well.
- What should I wear? It is truly up to you, from stretchy pants to evening gowns you, our only rule is you have to wear something ;). For the most part if you're comfortable in it then it will be fine. Just try to make sure what you wear isn't too tight or limiting. In the meditation room you can remove your shoes, but this is optional.
- Which classes are best if I am new to meditation? We recommend you start with our Beginners Workshop which is offered every Saturday at 9:00 AM or Wednesday at 6:00 PM, but it is not required. Each class includes the meditation basics. Coach Bill will guide you along whether you are a beginner or a pro you will feel calm and at ease in any class. The great thing about meditation is the session meets you just where you are and takes you where you need to go.
- What should I bring? We say bring an open mind and a willing attitude, otherwise we provide you with all you need in the session.
- What if I fall asleep? You won't be the first, it happens. Ultimately the goal is to stay focused in the session, but occasionally you drift too far over and start to snooze. Don't worry, Coach Bill is trained to bring you back at the right time and at the right pace. No matter you'll still be a part of the session.
- Is the experience religious? Everyone gets something different out of their experience so perhaps it could be, but there are no religious practices taught or brought up here. While the meditative practices are based in ancient Eastern philosophies, most specifically Mindful Meditative practices taught in Buddhism, the sessions are modern and non-denominational.
- Where do I park? We have plenty of parking especially on the East side of the building and it's ALWAYS free!!!
