What SVMT Is All About?
The Four Streams That Come to the River
There are moments in life when something begins as a practice… then becomes a method… and then, almost without asking permission, becomes a movement.
That is how SVMT has unfolded.
What began as a way of helping people come back into relationship with themselves has grown into something larger than a modality, larger than a training, and even larger than one teacher. It has become a living body of work… a shared language… a field of practice… and now, increasingly, a collaborative movement rooted in truth, love, and embodied transformation.
SVMT stands for Somatic, Vibrational, Mindfulness, and Trance-Informed Therapies.
But those words, while accurate, only tell part of the story.
Because SVMT is not just an acronym. It is a way of seeing. A way of listening. A way of understanding how change truly happens.
Not through force.
Not through performance. Not through fixing what we have judged as broken. But through presence… regulation… relationship… rhythm… awareness… and the courage to meet what is here.
The Four Streams
I often think of SVMT as four streams that come to one river.
Each stream carries its own medicine. Each has its own lineage, language, and way of touching transformation. Yet when they come together, they do not compete. They deepen one another. They become a fuller current.
1. The Somatic Stream
The somatic stream is the wisdom of the body. It reminds us that healing is not just a mental event. The body is not a vehicle carrying the mind around. It is a living field of sensation, memory, signaling, adaptation, and truth. It speaks in breath, tension, rhythm, contraction, expansion, numbness, warmth, trembling, stillness, and impulse.
Through the somatic stream, we learn to listen to what the body is already saying.
We begin to understand that so much of transformation depends on restoring relationship with the lived experience of being in a body. We learn to notice how the nervous system organizes around safety or threat. We learn how the body carries protective patterns. We learn that presence itself can become medicine when it is embodied.
2. The Vibrational Stream
The vibrational stream is the wisdom of resonance.
Everything in life moves in rhythm. Sound, vibration, pulse, tone, frequency, silence… these are not extras to human experience. They are part of how life communicates. This stream includes sound healing, tuning forks, bowls, rhythm, entrainment, and the subtle ways vibration can invite the body into coherence.
The vibrational stream reminds us that transformation does not always come through analysis. Sometimes it comes through resonance. Sometimes the body responds to what it feels before it has words for why.
This stream has been central to the development of SVMT because vibration offers such a powerful bridge between the physical body, the emotional body, and the deeper organizing intelligence within us.
3. The Mindfulness Stream
The mindfulness stream is the wisdom of awareness.
This is the stream that teaches us how to be with what is here without immediately trying to change it. It teaches presence, witnessing, breath awareness, non-reactivity, compassion, equanimity, and the sacred pause.
Mindfulness is not passive. It is not detachment. It is the courageous art of staying present enough to see clearly.
Within SVMT, mindfulness is not an accessory. It is foundational. Without awareness, there is no real choice. Without presence, there is no ethical holding. Without the capacity to pause, we simply repeat the old pattern with new language.
The mindfulness stream gives us the ground beneath the work.
4. The Trance-Informed Stream
The trance-informed stream is the wisdom of the subconscious.
Whether people realize it or not, much of human life is shaped by trance. Habit is trance. Fear can become trance. Belief can become trance. Survival responses can become trance. So can love, wonder, ritual, prayer, and deep states of healing attention.
This stream includes hypnotherapy, Yoga Nidra, guided imagery, subconscious relearning, negative trance pattern interruption, and the intentional use of altered states in service of healing and transformation.
The trance-informed stream helps us understand that people are often not just thinking their way through life… they are living inside patterned states of perception. When those states become more conscious, compassionate, and workable, change becomes possible.
When the Streams Meet
Each of these streams matters on its own. But SVMT lives in the meeting place.
It lives where somatic awareness meets mindful presence.
Where vibration meets the nervous system.
Where trance is approached with ethics and compassion.
Where the body is not forced, but listened to.
Where change is not demanded, but invited.
That meeting place is the river.
And the river is transformation.
SVMT was never meant to be a random collection of tools. It has always been about coherence. About understanding that the human being is layered and relational… body, mind, sensation, history, rhythm, memory, emotion, attention, energy, subconscious patterning, and spirit all interacting at once.
The method emerged because structure was needed. Language was needed. Training was needed. A way to teach responsibly was needed.
But over time, something beautiful became clear…This work was never meant to remain only a method.
From Method to Movement
A method can be taught. A movement is lived. A method may begin with one teacher, one classroom, one set of protocols.
A movement begins when the work starts breathing through many people… when the teachings are embodied in relationships, in community, in mentorship, in practice circles, in client sessions, in daily life, in the way people speak, guide, hold, listen, and love.
That is what is happening now with SVMT.
What was once primarily a framework is becoming a collaborative field. And that matters deeply to me. Because true transformation work should never become dependent on one personality. It should not be built around control. It should not shrink into ownership. If the work is real, it must eventually become shared… not diluted, but stewarded. Not franchised, but carried with integrity.
This is the shift we are in.
SVMT is becoming more collaborative.
Not because the vision is weakening… but because it is maturing.
A Collaborative Movement
Today, SVMT is held not only through my voice, but through the practitioners, students, teachers, mentors, and collaborators who are bringing their own embodied integrity to the work.
That is how a movement forms.
Not when everyone says the exact same thing. But when people are rooted in the same living principles. Truth. Love. Presence. Safety.
Embodiment. Resonance. Transformation.
Collaboration does not mean losing the method.
It means the method has grown strong enough to be carried well.
It means this work is becoming a community of stewardship.
It means the river is widening.
And perhaps that is what I am most moved by…
To witness something that began as a personal calling now becoming a shared field of service.
Not a brand alone.
Not a certification alone.
Not a system alone.
But a living movement of people committed to helping others come home to themselves.
What SVMT Is Really About
At its heart, SVMT is about remembering. Remembering how to listen. Remembering how to slow down. Remembering how to feel safely. Remembering that the body is not the problem. Remembering that presence changes what force never could. Remembering that healing is not about becoming someone else… but about coming back into honest relationship with who we are. This work is about learning how transformation unfolds in real human beings.
Through safety.
Through awareness.
Through rhythm.
Through grief.
Through rest.
Through truth.
Through love.
That is what SVMT is all about.
The four streams that come to the river. The river that keeps moving. And the movement that now belongs not only to a method… but to a growing community willing to live it.
Love is the way. Truth is the path.

Welcome to Bliss Consciousness
As I’ve continued to teach and create transformational programs—through Sound & Vibrational Therapies, Yoga Nidra, Trance, Hypnosis, and more—I’ve come to recognize a state beyond striving and seeking.
This is the path we take in The SVMT Method--
A sacred journey where the body is grounded, the mind is clear, and the spirit is fully alive.
I call this state Bliss Consciousness:
A heart-centered alignment of our whole being.
A harmonic state of peace, purpose, and inner presence.
What is Bliss Consciousness? “We don’t have to force life. We feel life move through us. We become the stillness behind the sound, the awareness beneath the thought and the love that was never lost.”
Bliss isn’t a fleeting feeling. It’s a remembering of who we truly are--beneath the layers of conditioning, fear, and doubt. When the body is honored, the mind uncluttered, and the spirit remembered,
Bliss becomes our home.
Are you ready to come home to yourself?

Remembering What
We Already Know
We were all born knowing love. As children, we explored the world through curiosity and trust. But over time, society placed rules and labels on us.
Some of these messages resonated. Others created doubt.
We began to overwrite what we already knew…
Still—deep within us—Love remained.
The SVMT Method reconnects you with the truth that endures:
You are not broken.
You are not behind.
You are love.

Science Meets Soul
Inspired by Carl Jung’s concept of the “collective unconscious,”
SVMT bridges the subconscious and the spiritual—offering techniques that release trauma, transform beliefs, and awaken intention.
In my experience working with thousands of students and clients, I’ve seen the power of letting go of labels—and stepping into the truth that you are meant to live empowered.

The Core of THESE Teachings
Our practice is rooted in remembrance. We don’t just learn—we reclaim. We don’t just study—we practice knowing.
“Love isn’t something you earn. It’s who you are. We are Love.”
Through mindfulness, energy work, somatic inquiry, trance and deep listening, we peel back the layers and return to authenticity.
